Shelley Gugig, Director of Training and Development Shelley Gugig, Director of Training and Development, Core Resources International was Vice President/Director of Training and Organizational Development for Citibank. She managed and developed a staff of more than 30 training professionals who were responsible for all aspects of training and development for the New York Retail Bank. Shelley developed and implemented training programs for all levels in the organization including sales, product development, leadership/management development, systems, operations and teller services.
