Merritt Shelton, CIR, Director of Search Services, Core Resources International has over 15
years experience as a Staff Specialist. She has been responsible for resource development for
over 500 search projects with over 3,000 candidate submittals. Most recently Merritt has
achieved a Certificate of Internet Recruiter. This is an important component which allows our
organization to be on the cutting edge of technological changes as well as enabling us to reach out to Millennial or Internet Generation candidates.
